Design and implementation of an e-commerce tool to sell cloud services via a company website.
What was the business need?
In addition to the shop itself, the client needed a system that would allow them to sell and configure their own products directly to customers allowing the business to scale.
We created a custom online shop for electronic services, where you can directly purchase the entire package of functionalities and instantly configure and modify specific services for clients which meet the client's own individual needs.
What was the challenge?
The target group of the ZAMADAMA project was all users of SpaceNet network services. These are internal clients with complex needs and include all types of businesses from startups to mature who for a security and reliability for their network operations.
Via our tried and tested consultation services, we provided a deep analysis and complete understanding of the client's business and its requirements. We were then able to propose a dedicated software solution that exactly met SpaceNet's needs.
The whole of the shop and service configuration was integrated with the system providing network services (setting up an email box or putting data in the cloud).
What was the solution?
The customer places an order, the system sends a request to SpaceNet, all the products are created on the network and the customer can immediately log into the account. This solution is based on the worldwide known Zimbra tool.

In order to improve the efficiency and user friendliness of SpaceNet services, clients have the ability to register their own domains and link them into email accounts. It is also completely configurable with orders that can be modified at any time in the process.
Our process & workflow
It is a continuous collaboration and development of the client's business. After the implementation was complete, we further enhanced the software via an Agile management process, made design enhancements, and added greater functionalities.
